These Terms govern your use of Caught Swiping ("we", "us", the "Service") at caughtswiping.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Caught Swiping runs searches across publicly visible dating-profile and web data using reverse-image and identity matching, and returns a report indicating whether profiles matching the person you searched appear to be active. We do not log into any third-party account, send messages, or access private data. Results include confidence scores and are informational only. We do not guarantee that any match is accurate or that any absence of a match is conclusive.
You must be at least 18. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to check on your own relationship or a person about whom you have a legitimate, lawful interest. You may not use the Service to harass, stalk, intimidate, or harm any person, and you may not use any result to make decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other purposes covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The Service is not a consumer reporting agency and reports are not consumer reports.
By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the amounts above on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Your billing statement will show a discreet descriptor rather than the brand name. You may cancel at any time through the Cancel page or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future rebills; see the refund terms below.
If we cannot confirm the identity of the person you searched within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund of the report charge. A report that returns no active profiles ("clean") is still a completed result. Membership charges may be canceled to prevent future billing as described above.
Caught Swiping is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, or any other platform. Product and company names are used for identification only.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
